Google review QR code
Ask for a rating first. 4 and 5 stars go straight to your Google review form; lower ratings can tell you privately first, so you can make it right.
What is a Google review QR code?
A Google review QR code takes customers to the form where they can review your business on Google, without searching for you first. With RelyQr, people pick a star rating: 4 and 5 stars open your Google review form, and lower ratings see a private feedback form that also links to Google.
What’s inside the code

The code holds a short link to a rating page RelyQr hosts, which then opens your Google review link from Google Business Profile.
How to make a Google review QR code
- 1
Paste your review link
In Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link.
- 2
Write the question
Like “How was your visit?” People answer with stars.
- 3
Create and print
Sign in free, put it on tables, receipts and at the counter.
What happens when someone scans it
People pick a star rating. High ratings open Google's review form for your business; lower ones see a short private feedback form, with a link to post on Google anyway.
Always dynamic
Review codes are always dynamic, because the rating page and your review link live online. You can change the review link or the question without reprinting.
No watermark, and RelyQr codes never expire, on any plan. Static vs dynamic, explained

- Delivery boxes
Printing a Google review QR code
On table cards and receipts, 2.5 to 4 cm wide. At a counter or reception desk, 6 to 8 cm so people can scan while they wait. QR code size chart
- Ask at the moment people are happiest, like when the bill arrives.
- Reply to the private feedback quickly; it's your chance to fix things.
Google review QR code not working?
- Customers land on your Maps listing, not the review form
- Use the review link from Google Business Profile (Ask for reviews), not your Maps listing link.
- A review doesn't appear
- Google can hold or filter reviews. That happens on Google's side and isn't related to the code.
- Few people scan
- Ask at the right moment, like when the bill arrives, and say why: “Tell us how we did”.

Google review QR code questions
Where do I find my Google review link?
In Google Business Profile (google.com/business), choose Ask for reviews and copy the short link.
What happens with low ratings?
Ratings of 1 to 3 stars see a short private feedback form first, with a link to post a public review on Google too, so you hear about a problem and can put it right.
Can I see the feedback?
Yes. Private feedback arrives in your Contacts in the app, with alerts if you want them.
Is a Google review QR code free?
Yes. It uses one of the free plan's 3 dynamic codes, with no watermark, and it never expires.
