Business comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@relyqr.com or reply to your receipt from Paddle.

Renewals after that aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep Business until the end of the period you paid for. Where the law gives you more rights, for example in the EU or the UK, you keep them.

Web orders are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which processes the refund back to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

Bought in the app

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, who handle refunds under their own rules. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through Google Play refunds.

Your codes keep working

A refund or cancellation never switches off a printed code. Your team moves to the Free plan: every code keeps sending people to its destination, and only Business features such as editing extra codes and longer analytics history are limited.
