- Use a shared inbox rather than a personal one if the poster will be up for years.
Email QR code not working?
- Nothing opens after scanning
- The phone needs a mail app set up. Without one, people can still copy the address from the camera's preview.
- Replies are hard to sort
- Write a subject, like “Quote request”, so every email from the code arrives labelled.
- The code is too dense to scan small
- Shorten the message or leave it out; the address and subject alone keep the code simple.

Can people edit the email before sending?
Yes. Everything is filled in, but they can change it and choose whether to send.
Can I change the address later?
