Do my codes stop working if I cancel?
No. Every code keeps working on every plan, even if you stop paying. Only editing limits and analytics history change with your plan.
What’s the difference between static and dynamic codes?
A static code holds its content directly, so it can never change. A dynamic code points to a short link you can edit any time, and every scan is counted.
Is there a watermark on the free plan?
Never. No RelyQr logo, no pop-up and no ads on your codes or pages, on any plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Business: up to two custom domains, so your short links read go.yourbrand.com.
How private is scan data?
Scan statistics are anonymous. A visitor is a hash that changes every day and differs per code, and IP addresses are never stored.
