How bulk creation works

   Prepare a spreadsheet

   One row per code, with a name and a link. Tags and a folder are optional.

   Upload it

   Save it as CSV and upload it in the web app's Bulk create. Comma, semicolon and tab separators all work.

   Pick one style

   Choose the design every code gets, or your brand kit, and check the preview of each row.

4. 4

   Create and download

   Every code goes live at once. Download them all as PNG files in a ZIP, named after each row.

The CSV format

The first line names the columns. Only the link is required; everything else helps you find the codes later.

Column names are matched flexibly, so exports from other QR code and link tools usually work as they are: a column called destination, long_url or link is read as the link, and title or label as the name. The web app also offers a sample file to start from.

Why every bulk code is dynamic

Bulk codes usually go on things printed in volume: store windows, packaging, ad campaigns, badges. Each one is a dynamic code, so any single code can be pointed somewhere new later without reprinting, and scans are counted per code, so you can compare every store, stop or batch. Moving codes from another tool

Already have codes printed with another provider? Export your codes as a CSV and upload it: RelyQr recognises the usual column names and creates a dynamic code for each destination. Codes already in print keep depending on the old provider's short links, so replace them as you reprint. See QR code stopped working?

Plans

Bulk create is part of Business ($19.99 a month or $149.99 a year), up to 1,000 codes per batch within the plan's 500 dynamic codes. Enterprise has no batch or code limits. Like every RelyQr code, bulk codes keep working even if you stop paying.
