What is a coupon QR code?

A coupon QR code opens an offer on the customer's phone, with a code to show at the till, an expiry date and, if you want, one use per phone. RelyQr hosts the coupon and counts scans and redemptions, so you can see which flyers and receipts bring people back.

What happens when someone scans it

People see your offer and code on a clean page. With one use per phone turned on, they tap Redeem at the till and the phone shows when it was redeemed.

Coupon QR code not working?

A customer redeemed it twice
One use per phone is remembered by that phone's browser, so clearing browser data or using another phone resets it. Keep very valuable offers to ones staff check.
The coupon shows as expired
Check the expiry date in the coupon settings and edit it; the code updates within a minute.
Staff don't know what to check
Tell staff to look for the offer and the redeemed time on the customer's screen.

Can I stop a coupon early?

Yes. Edit the coupon or pause the code any time; scans see the change within a minute.

How does one use per phone work?

After someone taps Redeem, that phone's browser remembers it, and the coupon shows when it was redeemed.

Do customers need an app?

No. The coupon opens in the phone's browser, and staff just look at the screen.

Can I see how many people redeemed it?
