Who makes RelyQr

RelyQr is made by Prabhneet Singh Narula, a sole trader in India, trading as RelyQr. It's a QR code generator for codes that last forever: dynamic QR codes you can change after printing, live scan analytics, and no watermark on any plan. It works on the web at relyqr.com/app, with apps for iPhone, iPad and Android coming soon.

Why RelyQr exists

A printed QR code is a promise to everyone who scans it. Yet many dynamic QR codes stop working when a free trial ends or a subscription lapses, leaving menus, packaging and posters that lead nowhere. RelyQr is built the other way round: the code you print keeps working, and the plan only decides how much you can edit and see.

Our promise: your codes keep working

Your dynamic codes keep working whatever happens to your subscription: if a trial ends, a payment fails, you downgrade or you cancel, every code you printed keeps sending people to its destination. A lapsed plan can limit editing, never redirects. If RelyQr ever shuts down, we will publish an export of the redirect table and an open-source resolver so codes on your own domain can keep working. The only codes that stop are ones you pause or delete, ones blocked for abuse, and those of accounts that are deleted. The full wording is in the Terms.

How your codes stay online

Redirects and hosted pages are served from Cloudflare's network, close to whoever scans, so a code opens in milliseconds anywhere in the world. You can check the service at any time on the status page. Every destination is checked against Google Web Risk and our own blocklist, and codes used for phishing, malware or scams are blocked.

How scan data is handled

We never store the IP address of anyone who scans a code. Scan statistics are anonymous: the time, approximate city, device and a daily changing hash that counts unique people without identifying them. Accounts, codes and scan statistics are stored by Supabase in India (Mumbai). Details are in the Privacy policy.
