Static or dynamic vCard?
A static vCard holds your details in the code: free, offline, and fixed once printed. A dynamic vCard holds a short link to a contact page with a Save contact button: you can change your number or title later, add a photo, and see how many people scanned your cards. Size and placement on the card
- At least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide; 2 to 2.5 cm is the sweet spot.
- Usually on the back, so the front stays clean, with a short line like “Scan to save my details”.
- Leave a clear margin; don't run it into the card's edge or other text.
- Keep the static vCard short: name, phone, email and company. Every extra field makes the code denser.
- Brand colours and a small logo are fine if the dots stay dark on a light background.
